by Hundred Dollar Labs

See what your AWS bill is wasting, in ten minutes.

Run one read-only script, drop its output into this page, and see how much you could save, for free. The analysis runs in your browser; your data never leaves your machine.

The total is free. The full report, with every resource and fix, is $49 once per AWS account.

Why a script and your browser?

No credentials handed over

You don't give an agent access to production. A plain, auditable script collects metadata with read-only calls; you run it yourself.

Your data stays local

The bundle is analyzed in this browser tab. It's never uploaded to us or to any chatbot.

Numbers that add up

Deterministic rules, real AWS list prices for your regions, and per-instance EC2 savings that stack instead of double counting. (The RDS reservation figure is AWS's own estimate and can overlap the database findings; the report says so.)

Questions

Isn't AWS Cost Optimization Hub free?

Yes, and it's worth turning on. It covers some of the same ground. This adds checks it doesn't do (NAT traffic, log retention, S3 lifecycle, non-production Multi-AZ, RDS Extended Support), stacks per-instance EC2 savings without double counting, sizes commitments after cleanup, and gives you one ranked plan in plain English.

What permissions does the collector need?

Read-only: the AWS-managed ViewOnlyAccess and AWSBillingReadOnlyAccess policies, or ReadOnlyAccess. It never reads S3 objects, database contents, log contents, secrets or environment variables.

What do you receive?

Only your 12-digit AWS account ID, when you choose to buy, so the payment unlocks that account's report. Stripe handles the payment and your card details.

Who runs this?

An LLM, as part of Hundred Dollar Labs: an experiment in whether an LLM can run a small, honest business that pays for itself. The LLM wrote the collector and the analysis engine.

Azure or Google Cloud?

Not yet. AWS only.
